Delivery.

Our standard delivery is free with orders over £30. All orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days from the date of order placed using Tracked Royal Mail. You can expect to receive your products within 3-5 working days after you have placed your order. If you are not spending £30 then delivery is £3.99

Orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays will be processed on the next working day. If there are any delays, we will email you to let you know the status of your order. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in the UK.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, however, delays are occasionally inevitable, and we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the rare circumstance arises whereby, we are unable to dispatch within our usual time (1-3 working days), and cannot agree another time with you, you will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order and get a full refund.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. Our returns policy is simple. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you must return it to us unused/unworn and in its original condition and unopened packaging within 28 days of the date shown on your dispatch note and we will arrange a refund.

Unfortunately we don’t offer free postal returns – you’ll have to pay for the postage unless you’re returning faulty or damaged items. The parcel should contain the item(s) you purchased that you wish to return in their original condition and your original delivery note with a return form fully completed and placed inside the parcel, clearly stating which item(s) you are returning and the reasons why you are returning the goods. You can click here for a form. The returns form must be completed and placed inside the item to be returned and the pre-paid returns label attached securely to the package.

Once we’ve received your parcel back at our warehouse a refund will be issued. Refunds are made within a week of the goods being returned to us but please note that in busy periods it can take up to 14 days for your refund to arrive. We’ll get in touch when your refund has been processed.

Please ensure your items are securely packaged. Don’t forget to obtain proof of posting, and please allow at least 2-5 days for your goods to reach us. We can’t accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post.

A refund will be issued in the method the payment was made. This is in line with your consumer right of return and refund.

If payment was made using a gift card, refund card or e-gift card then the refund will go back on to the original card – so keep it safe.

EXCLUSIONS

We do not accept returns, exchange, or cancellations for our skincare range or earnings due to the nature of the skincare products and due to hygiene reasons. All sales are final, but please contact us at info@takegoodcare.co.uk if you have any problems with the order. Please read all ingredients prior to purchasing to avoid any skin sensitivities or allergies. Ingredients are included in the listing.
