You are provided with access to this website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.


We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Contract creation and electronic contracting:
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

  • You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
  • We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Take Good Care Ltd
  • As your product is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
  • Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order:
    • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
    • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
    • The identification of a pricing or product description error.
    • You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you have placed. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number you have provided when placing the order.
In the event that an order appears to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to verify your contact information and may ask for additional information such as, but not limited to, ID and/or passport copy.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.


While trying to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will try to inform you immediately and give you the option of cancelling your order or reconfirming it at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
You will be notified of any delivery charges before you give your credit card details.

a) Gift Cards and Promotional Offers

Gift cards are not included in promotional offers and/or pricing. Promotional gift codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.


Payment can be made by PayPal. The card details will be encrypted to give you maximum protection while shopping with us.

We guarantee that every online purchase you make from our store is a secure transaction. Our site uses the strongest commercially available level of encryption, 128-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL). This ensures that your transactions are secure, and your information cannot be redirected to anyone but Take Good Care Limited. All orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from the date of order placed using Tracked Royal Mail. You can expect to receive your products within 2-4 working days after you have placed your order.

Orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays will be processed on next working day. If there are any delays, we will email you to let you know the status of your order. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in the UK.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, however, delays are occasionally inevitable, and we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the rare circumstance arises whereby, we are unable to dispatch within our usual delivery time (1-2 working days), and cannot agree another time with you, you will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order and get a full refund.

Tracked Standard delivery: parcels are delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class in the UK. This service normally takes between 2-4 working days to arrive once dispatched.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. Our returns policy is simple. Our “no quibbles” guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you must return it to us unused/unworn and in its original condition within 30 days and we will arrange a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. We have included a free returns label with your delivery note. If you are unable to locate your returns label or need another copy, please request one from our customer services team at info@takegoodcare.co.uk noting your order number in your message.

Refunds are made within a week of an order being cancelled and the goods having been returned to us.

Skincare range

We do not accept returns, exchange, or cancellations for our skincare range due to the nature of the products. All sales are final, but please contact us at info@takegoodcare.co.uk if you have any problems with the order. Please read all ingredients prior to purchasing to avoid any skin sensitivities or allergies. All ingredients are included in the listing.


We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused because of unauthorised access to information provided by you. Due to the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control, for example, flood, drought, fire.


All rights in the designs and information on our website, are owned by Take Good Care Limited. They are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. You may copy and print sections of our website, but only for the use of placing an order with us. The laws of England and Wales shall govern the contract between us, and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Sometimes the product specifications from manufacturers can change; in which case we will do our best to offer you a similar alternative. Where “substitute” goods are sent and you are not happy with them and cancel the order, you will not be made to pay the cost of returning the goods.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
